Tasked with the job of creating a white-labelled, Shop in a Box, that sold and operated mobile phones in Holland, OLR assembled a small but smart team of professionals to oversee the project. With a plan to engage in short and sharp iterations, the proactive conversations were able to drive requirements. Weekly demos allowed OLR to acquire feedback from the and frequently update steer, while our test-driven development, continuous integration, automated deployment and automated provisioning, produced repeatable rapid releases.
As a result of using our ways of working strategy, OLR were able to deliver an Oracle Commerce integration in just three weeks. In total, the team pushed 41 releases and would roll out new platform features as soon as they were ready, to support the business priorities.
