Ms. Kendzejeski will spearhead OLR’s go-to-market initiatives from a sales perspective across the Americas and Canada, continuing the focus and accelerated growth OLR has witnessed over the last eighteen months. Leyton Perris, who previously held this role, now has global responsibility for sales & solutions across the OLR service portfolio, with Ms. Kendzejeski as part of his team.
At OLR, Ms. Kendzejeski will partner with the market insights and delivery teams, guiding retail and consumer products companies in achieving their strategic and operational objectives through the effective use of Oracle Retail technologies. Sherry brings more than 25 years of experience in retail, having held roles at Guess and Wet Seal, in addition to serving in an advisory capacity, partnering with clients across fast fashion, apparel, food / grocery, department store, home interior, and the consumer electronics segments.
Ms. Kendzejeski is industry recognized for her client-first focus and deep vertical domain knowledge, having served as a consultant with OLR prior to taking a Partner role at Logic Information Systems.
Leyton Perris, VP Global Sales & Solutions stated, “We are incredibly excited to have Sherry rejoin the OLR team. She is immensely well-respected within the industry, not only for her strong product knowledge and retail background, but also her commitment to excellence and specifically her ethos of client success. Retailers today need both a solution provider and a systems integrator they can trust, from the boardroom conversations to the Merchandising and Planning decision makers; one with deep industry experience, a focus on continual innovation, and a strong understanding of the pressures of modern retailing. We know that Sherry and the team will deliver the high level of service clients have come to expect from OLR.”
Ms. Kendzejeski remarked, “This is a unique and exciting time for retail. Businesses are looking for tactical solutions across all channels unifying the customer experience in order to keep up with evolving consumer expectations. It’s a tremendous shift for the industry, and OLR is uniquely positioned to be able to offer a true end-to-end solution, especially for those retailers who are facing a significant platform upgrade, cloud migration or systems investment. I think that many retailers simply aren’t aware that this journey doesn’t need to be as painful as they might expect – especially when they’re working with a partner with capability as rich and proven as OLR.”
