Francesca's opened their first boutique in Houston, Texas in 1999. Filling it with a winsome collection of hand-picked merchandise, the retailer offered carefully curated clothing and bold accessorises. Women everywhere instantly fell in love with Francesca's - so much so, that the boutique retailer now operates over 670 stores in 48 states across the country.

The OLR and Francesca's relationship began in May 2016. Tasked with the job of enhancing their eCommerce practice to support the rapid growth and further expansion of the chain. In 8 months OLR implemented various Oracle Retail applications including Xstore, Customer Engagement, Order Broker, RMS Foundation Data and Sales Audit.
