Support Consultant
Support Consultants are responsible to assist in the customization, testing, and daily support of Oracle Retail application software for our clients.
We rely on our Support Consultants to:
- Support and troubleshoot client production environments on a daily basis
- Build and test Oracle Retail application enhancements and modifications
- Log, report, and resolve Oracle Retail application issues for clients daily
- Assist project teams in defining software functionality
