Project Manager
Project Managers are responsible for facilitating successful Oracle Retail software implementations by combining proven project management skills with understanding of the retail industry and Oracle Retail applications.
We rely on our Project Managers to:
- Provide leadership to both OLR and client team members
- Define project objectives, scope, organization, timelines, and overall approach and monitor progress
- Develop and monitor implementation project plans including management of staffing, timeline, and budget considerations
- Consider and define implementation and integration alternatives
- Perform knowledge transfer to client personnel especially related to Oracle Retail and OLR applications and requirements
- Assist in identification of current client business and technical processes
- Facilitate the logging, reporting, and resolution of application and implementation issues
- Perform go-live assessments to determine readiness of the system as well as client and support teams
We are looking for Project Managers with:
- Demonstrable project management record in successful large scale packaged software implementation
- Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Knowledge of: PL/SQL, C / C++, Oracle ProC, Oracle Forms
- Bachelors degree in a Business, Computer Science or related field or 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years consulting experience or participation in large-scale integration projects
- 5+ years of Oracle Retail related experience preferred
