Business Consultant
Business Consultants are responsible to participate in functional and process components of Oracle Retail software implementations by applying retail industry knowledge and Oracle Retail software functionality expertise.
We rely on our Business Consultants to:
- Act as an advisor to educate clients and business users about system functionality and provide coaching for business process team leads
- Define the system configuration requirements, identify gaps and recommend system modifications and process changes to satisfy client's business requirements
- Document functional requirements for modifications and support design process
- Maintain an in-depth understanding and ability to communicate regarding the subsets of the following retail concepts: merchandising, inventory management, warehouse management, store operations, planning/forecasting, replenishment, and pricing
