Problem:
Upon Go Live of the Oracle Retail Solution, further enhancements were identified to support the realisation of the business case benefits. Myer commissioned OLR to deliver a program to unlock the benefits of the Oracle Retail applications which had yet to be achieved.

Solution:
OLR were bought in to manage and deliver the Post Implementation Business Improvements program. This program was designed to change the way users were working with the system, as well as providing critical system enhancements that enabled the business case benefits to be realized. The program focused on three key areas of Merchandising, Replenishment & Allocation and Supply Chain.

The project was able to quickly and efficiently deliver changes to Myer which enabled significant improvements in the way Myer was able to use the Oracle Retail applications. It not only assisted Myer in unlocking the benefits the Oracle Retail application offered, but also enabled Myer to quickly "bed-down" the system and achieve a steady state in record time.
